The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/api/{DomainName}/advancedcustomviews/{AcvName}	Executes the given ACV and returns the results
POST	/api/{DomainName}/advancedcustomviews/{AcvName}/{TableName}/custom/{Kind}/{CustomViewName}	Executes the given ACV and returns the results

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .json suffix or ?format=json

To embed the response in a jsonp callback, append ?callback=myCallback
